Q: Are your ingredients frozen?​

A: No, our products are never frozen, unless the recipe requires them to be. Instead, they are packed in quality insulated boxes.

Q: Are ALL ingredients included in the kit?

A: While all the main ingredients are included, salt, pepper and oils are not since they are common in most households.

Q: Can I cancel my orders?

A: Yes! You can cancel your orders by simply contacting us at least a day before. If your delivery is part of a meal plan, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
